As a
Myrtle Beach Real Estate Agent, I regularly start my morning by checking an MLS hotsheet that gives me a quick overview of what is happening in the local Myrtle Beach real estate market. I was pleasantly surprised to see the stats. It showed that our market seems to be heating up. It showed that while there were 101 new listings & 137 price changes, the number that excited me was the 213 pending listings.
This means that yesterday 213 properties were placed under a pending contract. As a real estate agent, I try to keep connected with other agents from around the US to keep up to date on the current pulse of the market.
As I have talked with several agents, they have all stated the same thing. The agents have been very busy since the beginning of the year with buyers. Also, the agents are not just busy with inquiries, but are actually busy with clients that taking action and writing offers.
Have we started to make a turn in our current real estate market? It seems our Myrtle Beach real estate market is starting to do so!
