Wow..that's a lot of inventory. I really feel sorry for the sellers.
Wow, the prices there have really dropped since the peak! I think one is even less than the original 2001 price when Phase III first opened. I don't think other similar places in MB have taken such a hit. Any idea why Sand Dunes owners are being punished like that?
