HGTV's "Designed To Sell" Terry Haas To Speak

Most people know Terry for her recurring role on HGTV's hit show "Designed to Sell." Now in her third season as one of the show's featured real estate agents, Terry shows millions of viewers how staging a home, improving curb appeal and making low-cost improvements can help to sell a property at top dollar.

By giving sellers a $2,000 budget and a team of experts, "Designed to Sell" demonstrates how to turn a tired house into a showpiece. When it comes to the houses she views, Terry relishes an open floor plan, up-to-date bathrooms and a house with good "curb appeal." And, when it comes to personal clutter, pets and dirt, she tells is like she sees it. Honest and critical without being cruel, Terry shows how a making a small investment before the open house can bring a big return at the closing.
