Not only was Boyd Loadholt one of the co-founders, but he is the President of The AgentOwned Realty Company Services Group which is the management company for all of the agent-owners.
Boyd Loadholt is a graduate of Allendale-Fairfax High School, and Clemson University, but also received his Masters in Mathematics from Clemson 
University and his Ph.D. from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA. A brilliant man, Boyd is a natural leader. Anyone who has ever met him would agree that he is extremely fair, conscientious, honest, a family man and really just very like-able. The agent-owners have the utmost respect for him as does his management staff.
