An Open Letter to Those I Know in Columbia, South Carolina

Exit will soon hit critical mass in your market. This will mean a lot of exciting opportunities for real estate agents and those considering entering the profession. If you didn’t know yet, the Exit business model is revolutionizing real estate as an industry.

Since you know me, you remember when I was Director of IS at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service before anyone knew who they were. And you recall when I was VP of Technology at Liberty Tax Service when they only had 30 offices in the whole country. Surely even those who don’t know me would have heard of those brands. You know I understand what makes franchise systems work well for everyone involved. I’ve selected Exit Realty as the real estate brand for me.

Because I’ve been through the major growth phase of other national brands as they enter a market, I know much of what will be happening, in the months and years ahead for the Greater Columbia, SC real estate market. I now live in Virginia Beach, Virginia so I am not able to see each of you personally, but want to ask that you speak to your Realtor friends for me.
