Welcome to AgentOwned Realty - The Gilligan Team-- a real estate team comprised of Joe Gilligan, Therese Gilligan and Elizabeth Miller -- they will soon be adding a 4th member.

Joe and his team have been working with a local competitor for approx. 7 years. Therese has been specializing in new construction real estate for 13 years, Joe has been a residential real estate and REO specialist for 9 years, and Elizabeth just joined their team about 2 months ago. So, together this team has over 22 years of real estate experience.

After learning about AgentOwned Realty and all that AgentOwned does for its agent-owners and the public, Joe & Therese made the decision to join.

Joe, Therese and Liz willl work out of the Santee office and out of the Johnnie Dodds office in Mt Pleasant.
