In 2009 there were 17 properties sold at an average price of $281,554. The average sold DOM was 140.

In 2010 there were 12 properties sold at an average price of $327,479. The average sold DOM was 105.

Based on the above statistics the average sold property price in 2010 was up 16% from 2009. The number of properties sold in 2010 was down 29% from the number sold in 2009. The average sold DOM in 2010 has decreased by 25% as compared to 2009.

In 2010 there were 826 properties sold at an average price of $278,569. The average sold DOM was 133.

Based on the above statistics the average sold property price in 2010 was up 9% from 2009. The number of properties sold in 2010 was down 6% from the number sold in 2009. The average sold DOM in 2010 had increased by 20% as compared to 2009.
