I love waking up and seeing GOOD news!

Did you know that if you do something nice for someone it increases your endorphins? Did you know if you see someone else do something nice it increases those endorphins even more! It is better than alcohol, better than drugs! Wouldn't it be great if the news that was reported each day focused on what we want to see more of??? Where our attentions goes is what gets stronger, kind of like that 40 volts of energy I read about that we all have in our brain. Do you want your energy given to criminals and war and terrorism? I know we need to be informed but the media always goes for that thrill factor for the ratings and that is harming us in so many ways!

So now, for a moment or two lets look at what these Blue Star Mothers of Coastal Carolina are doing.

They have spent months gathering donations, to make boxes of goodies for our solders!

In hopes of brightening the holidays of those who serve us all over the world.

“A lot of them are young kids it’s their first time being away from home,” said Carol Dion. “So, even though they’re only in Korea, they’re still a long way away from home, and you can’t get a lot of things that you can here in the United States.” They had enough to send about 100 boxes. I wish I could have been a part of this!
