Ocean Forest Villas are located on the northern part of Myrtle Beach, in my favorite area near the Golden mile. Close to everthing yet A Tranquil part Myrtle Beach for sure. I really enjoyed the opportunity to show property yesterday in this little section of paradise. So I thought I would share some of the highlights.

At first glance some people say that the condos are old.

Yes they are older but very well cared for and the whole community is very well maintained on the inside of the building and the outside, including the pool and all of the landscaped areas.

The folks I showed have been staying here for years and years and have friends who own in Ocean Forest Villa's.

One of the best qualities about the community and all for a low HOA (Home Owner Fee) especially for an Ocean Front community. So lets take a little tour, the sun was shining and people were out walking some with their friends lovers or dogs. Some were running or biking or just strolling along. But mostly it was very quiet. This community is located just across the street from the most beautiful white sandy beach that goes on and on I can only imagine what the sun rises and sun sets look like over that ocean!
