A Christmas Story

Many days I feel like it's getting more and more difficult to get a loan closed, to get a family into a home of their own. This is a story about one family our team worked with for over 8 months, helping them through countless obstacles, to the final purchase and closing of their home - a home they had dreamed about owning for many years. We closed on the home just before Thanksgiving, and the family will be in a home of their own this Christmas. It's a Christmas miracle, and one that reminds me why I do what I do. I hope you enjoy their story, and are encouraged to keep on making the dream of home ownership come true for the countless other families in America like this family.
