Only 43 of the 345 Myrtle Beach Condos that closed (sold) in the past 30 days were Foreclosures.
April 25, 2011 - May 23, 2011 data from the CCAR MLS system shows that Foreclosures do not dominate the real estate market in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina or the surrounding areas.
