Active Listings Under Contract Closed SSales REO

I use past and current numbers to help me show my clients what has happened and what is going on with the real estate market. This chart hits the whole tri-county area so you have to use it wisely. It offers an easy to read glimpse and helps people see the big picture of our area. Of course, you must get specific with each home and the community to properly price a home for sale.
Currently we have less actively for sale homes than we did last year. We also have more homes under contract then we did last year. Best of all, this shows more SOLD (closed) homes than last year. Unfortanately, prices are lower and short sales and foreclosures are higher.
Everyone that I met last year that decided to wait a year to sell most likely did not pay off enough principle compared to the price drop.
