OMGosh!! Check out this amazing house by David Simonini in Reflection Pointe!!!

David Simonini is back building with a vengence. I always knew that David Simonini built one of the finest homes that I have been in but I guess I forgot how gorgeous of a home he builds and what a "vision" he has for building. The placement, the design, the features, it is all there. Yes, David has paid his dues and he is now back building custom homes and spec homes in Reflection Pointe, Handsmill, Woodend and Devonridge as Wingfoot Building Group.

This particular French Country house in Reflection Pointe is $2.199,000 and has an awesome view. It is nearly 8,000 sf! Three floors including a finished basement. The custom touches include an amazing kitchen with beams, wine cellar with iron door, double iron and glass entrance doors, Vetter zero-e windows, Viking Appliances, two kitchens, 2 tankless water heaters, security cameras, full pave driveways, gas generator, Energy Star rated, workshop, automated lighting, whole house audio/video, wood burning fireplace with gas starter...wowww....I could go on.

The best way to see the quality of this home is to take a walk through it at Reflection Pointe. Did I mention the amenities that Reflection Pointe has to offer? A 3 Million Dollar Clubhouse, Gated entrance, paved walking trails, marina, boat & RV storage, tennis courts, pool, kid's splash pool, 3 hole putting green, athletic field, ponds with fountains, plus beautiful view of Lake Wylie.

This house is still a work in progress and will be a shining example of David's work and will excel his reputation as the incredible builder he really is. I remember one day my daughter came home from school telling me that one of her friends was moving in a Simonini home and how excited she was. I asked her at age 12 how she even knew what a David Simonini home was and she said, "Mom, everyone knows what a Simonini home is". I think in the charlotte and surrounding areas, she is correct!

The picture below is the view from the back of the home.
