It was a very sad day last Monday when Gerald T Black, 69 years old, was killed by his tractor. It ran over him as he was servicing the tractor. Gerald was the owner of the much loved restaurant called Black's Seafood in Easley, South Carolina.
My husband's department at work always have a Christmas party at the restaurant.
My family has eaten many meals there. We have always been treated like family.
He will be missed by the whole community. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Sheri, sorry to hear about the loss of your friend. Something similar happened in my area a few years ago when a man accidentally ran over his ten year old son with a tractor.
