Becoming Known for Accurate Descriptions of homes

Think that doesn't matter? It sure does. When other agents in particular, get to know your writing style in describing homes, they typically feel they can count on your truthful descriptive of the home's condition, appearance, attractiveness, etc. If you do too much "fluff" you also become known for that and other Realtor's may think, "well, there she or he goes again. I wonder what the house really looks like. When you are known for accurately portraying the home, you may attract more agents to show it as well.

Of course, your excellent photos of the home and surroundings and the interior shots make a major statement if done well. The public sees these and chooses the house based upon the photos and your descriptive of the home. Your ability to see beyond an issue and describe what could be done with that is a good thing. Too many people lack the vision to see "what can be", so it is important that you be able to describe those for them, making sure they understand it is something that could be done in the future, not what is done right now.

The Greater Greenville SC Area has many Seasoned Realtors and I hope Mr. & Mrs. Seller and/or Buyer recognize that. Reputation, Reputation, Reputation is as important as Location, Location, Location!

Let's all sell some houses this week and weekend!
