In this tough market some times i can't help but think why am i still in this business? Its a struggle for a lot of agents to make it day to day and it just seems like the bills keep piling up. When i get these thoughts i just sit back and think what are my reasons for being in real estate, and this is what i came up with.
1. People, i like meeting new people and helping them as well
2. I'm my own boss. I set my own schedule, and work how I WANT!
3. I love negotiating, its fun to do everything you can to get the very best for your clients!
4. I can get great deals on properties that other people may not know about
5. Its always a challenge.
6. I love the hunt of finding new clients
7. every day its something different. Sure some times it may seem repetitive with contracts, but not clients they always keep you guessing
8. I'm not stuck in an office from 9-5 every day
I could go on and on with this list but i should probaly stop blogging and get back to work. but the next time you feel a little down about real estate just think about why you love the job. Feel free to add to the list i would like to hear from other people and see what keeps them going!
