Easiest delicious chocolates you'll ever make!
1 package butterscotch chips - a name brand seems to make it taste better than store brand
1 package chocolate chips- semi-sweet
1 can of spanish peanuts
In heavy saucepan or double boiler mix and melt both package of chips at one time. Stir constantly and don't let it scorch, as they melt quickly. As mixture gets smooth, pour in the spanish peanuts. Have wax paper on trays ready and drop spoonfuls of mixture onto wax paper, each one being the size of a turtle chocolate you would buy at the store, or larger if you like. Chill in refridgerator until firm. These are melt in your mouth good and my family gobbles them up. They can't sit out too long at a party, as they will start to melt if left at room temp for really long periods of time.
