Hey Foster! Interesting list! Tell me, what are your criteria for determining "best buys"? Have you actually tracked the stats on your "Best Buys" list - such as days on market, and selling price to list price as compared to the surrounding market? Just curious!

Hi Teresa! Great questions. Each week I am searching the new listings in certain areas and choosing the top ten based on price/square feet, location, desirability etc. I did just recently run the stats on my best buys and they were very interesting! In a sluggish market, my best buys are doing very well. You can view the stats here. These are the stats for January - April, I need to run the May stats in a few weeks and update the April stats.
