There will be more inventory and buyers are slower to make decisions. Gone are the days of multiple offers and quick listings.

Hi Carmen,
My daughter used to live in Tega Cay at Lakeshore at Lake Wylie. They were there about a year and a half. They built a gorgeous home and were relocated not quiet a year after they closed. They were on a penninsula of the lake and it was gorgeous! Beautiful neighborhood!
Hello Linda!
Small world, we relocated to South Carolina from Texas (Katy) three years ago. We love it here, it's such a beautiful place. We do miss that great Mexican Food though.
My daughter took me to a Mexican restaurant somewhere in Charlotte and the food was amazing! I was totally shocked at how good it was. I'll find out if she remembers the name and where it is and I'll pass it along.
It IS a gorgeous place there. When I was flying into Charlotte the sun was setting and the trees and city had a purplish glow and the lakes were glowing orange. It was incredible! I've never seen anything like that before.
