Very Thankful I have a closing next week

I am so thankful that I have a closing Monday on my Golf Course property. I have babied this thing all the way to the last week and have jumped every hurdle known. These days you really have to work hard for the closing, and this is cash sale!! I am on both sides of the sale so it is hard to make sure I keep everyone happy and remain very neutral.
