Rapid City area Statistics for August 21, 2007

As of August 21, 2007, there are 1,345 residential properties listed for sale. So far this year 1,291 residential properties have sold, 333 have expired (the property didn't sell and the listing contract ran out), and 568 have been withdrawn from the market. The average days on market is currently at 93 days.

If you are a buyer...it's a good time for you! With an over supply of houses on the market, you have plenty to choose from! If you are a seller, it's important that you price your house very well in order to move it!
