Rapid City Area Statistics for February 26, 2008

As of February 26, 2008, there are 1093 residential properties listed for sale. So far this year 161 residential properties have sold, 119 have expired (the property didn't sell and the listing contract ran out), and 131 have been withdrawn from the market.
