Rapid City Area Statistics for April 29, 2008

As of April 29, 2008, there are 1221 residential properties listed for sale. So far this year 488 residential properties have sold, 224 have expired (the property didn't sell and the listing contract ran out), and 288 have been withdrawn from the market.
