Rapid City Area Statistics for May 6, 2008

As of May 6, 2008, there are 1223 residential properties listed for sale. So far this year 535 residential properties have sold, 241 have expired (the property didn't sell and the listing contract ran out), and 311 have been withdrawn from the market.
