Rapid City Area Statistics for June 3, 2008

As of June 3, 2008, there are 1220 residential properties listed for sale. So far this year 716 residential properties have sold, 272 have expired (the property didn't sell and the listing contract ran out), and 375 have been withdrawn from the market.
