As of August 13, 2007, there are 359 new construction residential listings in the Rapid City Area. That is about 27% of all residential listings in the area. Currently there are 68 new construction listings pending sales. So far this year, 213 new cunstruction listings have sold, 153 have been withdrawn from the market, and 64 have expired.
