2010 Last quarter home sale stats for Rapid City, South Dakota:
Wow. It's the middle of January and I got some big time catching up to do! Not sure what happened...Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years...
But here we go back making things happen!
I've included the market stats showing how homes sold in the Rapid City area for October, November, and December 2010. Lined them right next to each other so that each column is a month.
This is alot of stinkin' information all at once. Here are the notable details, in (of course) my most humble opinoin.
OCTOBER NOVEMBER DECEMBER

Again, steady seems to be my word of the day. There are some deals out there, but there isn't too much daylight robbery going on. Especially if you are selling in the under $200,000 range. Although homes above the $300,000 mark are getting sold, it is slow going and usually requires some market time before a successful sale.
Looking forward to another great year in 2011. I've heard some positive reports, and Rapid City continues to grow and thrive.
So...onward!
