Rapid City Area Statistics for June 17, 2008

As of June 17, 2008, there are 1246 residential properties listed for sale. So far this year 777 residential properties have sold, 292 have expired (the property didn't sell and the listing contract ran out), and 421 have been withdrawn from the market.
