Bloggers are always amazed at the amount of interest a good blog post generates. But make no mistake, what you write should be considered part of your interview with potential clients. If you want to generate business, make sure that your opinion, and the facts that back it up, are truthful.
I've had 2 closings the first week of June that were directly related to my blogging activities. Both were referrals from agents in other states, who had read my blogs, and really never even talked to other agents in Tennessee. The $1,300,000 in sales generated from these referrals reminded me of how valuable this platform can be.
For those of you who don't want to spend the time writing blogs, that's ok. It's just more business for me.
