Joel's Comments -

The Chattanooga area market seems to be leveling off somewhat. There are less homes for sale which means more inventory balance. The quanity of Foreclosures and REO homes for sale seem to be shrinking too. Their numbers are down in both categories--active and homes under contract.

Translation? This is good for sellers (less competition), but not as good for buyers (less good deals on homes for sale from which to choose).
