Joel's Comments -

The Chattanooga market of homes for sale shrank significantly. Homes under contract took a dive as well. Buyers will find a smaller selection this week as opposed to last.

The number of foreclosures for sale declined too, but not as severely. Foreclosures under contract fell also.
