• ACTIVE LISTINGS - LISTED THE MONTH OF JULY 08 = 380 TOTAL MULTI CLASS ~ 93 WERE RESIDENTIAL IN PUTNAM COUNTY

AUGUST 2008:

THIS WEEK IN AUGUST!

• SOLD LISTINGS - WEEKLY STATISTICS 08/17/08 - 08/23/08 = 35 TOTAL SOLD MULTI-CLASS ~ 17 WERE RESIDENTIAL HOMES SOLD IN PUTNAM COUNTY
• ACTIVE LISTINGS - LISTED WEEK OF 08/18/08 - 08/22/08 = 85 TOTAL LISTED MULTI-CLASS ~ 19 WERE RESIDENTAL LISTINGS IN PUTNAM COUNTY

• AUGUST TOTAL SOLD TO DATE- 112 total Multi- Class (upper cumberland area)
