Today I closed the sale of the home at 993 Sandra Drive. It sold for $115,900 and it is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with 2 car garage and a fenced in backyard.
However, there are two homes left that are available and I would be glad to show you either although I have a preference to the house at 1040 Sir James since I have it listed and just love the home. The Sir James house is also a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a 2 car garage.
