New foreclosure listing in Dyersburg,Tn. 38024 sold in 3 days!

A few days ago, I did a blog post about two fantastic deals on Dyersburg foreclosures. That post can be reviewed here.

In that article I mentioned that one or both would sell fast. The house at 1598 Fort Hudson listed came out last Friday at a price of $129,000. I had done an earlier BPO on that house and that came in at $150,000.

The listing agent and I discussed the full price offer that came in on Monday which was accepted. I suspect that an agent told their client what this house was worth and this client listened. The listing agent and I both valued this property at $150,000 but the seller(Freddie Mac) I think priced it to sell and it sold quickly!

The other house is still available. That address is 819 Blake cove and it is also priced to sell at $89,900. I predict this one will be gone in just a few days. This house is less than 3 years old and in a most desirable neighborhood! This house is just below!
