I have been encouraging my clients to jump off the fence and purchase a house with low interest rates and home prices at historic lows.
Over the last 12 weeks or so interest rates have been steadily climbing and home prices have stabilized here in the Dyersburg Tennessee real estate market.
We are seeing an influx of new jobs available in the Dyersburg area and there are new restaurants and stores getting ready to open here in the next 2 months.
All of my agents are busy assisting buyers and we have lots of pending home sales within our office.
The last thing to recover after every recession is the commercial real estate market. I just purchased a commercial building beside my real estate office. I plan to remodel it and rent it to a hospital or doctor. I am bullish on the Dyersburg market and believe the light is already shining at the end of the tunnel.
