Shhhhh... don't tell anyone. My phone is ringing off the hook. The Franklin TN Real Estate market really is starting to pick up. I was wondering if it was just a quirk, but it's been like this for the last few weeks. (hmmm... ironically, it started when I picked up blogging again - do you think people are trying to get me to stop?)

Shhhhh... don't tell anyone. I spent my day running ragged with business. I'm afraid if other agents find out my phone is going crazy, I'm submitting offers and showing property in Leipers Fork all on one day, they'll realize the market is picking up and they won't encourage their client to accept the reasonable offer on their over-priced home. (*phew that was a long sentence!!!)

Shhhhh.... don't tell anyone. I was showing houses all day to a CASH buyer. Yep, CASH! You know - the green stuff they say no one is spending. Shhhh... don't tell anyone. There really are buyers out there wanting to buy.

But you want to hear a secret?

Shhhh... don't tell anyone. WE DIDN'T LOOK AT YOUR HOUSE BECAUSE IT'S WAY OVERPRICED! Every house omitted from our search today was omitted because it wasn't just over-priced - IT WAS EXHORBITANTLY OVERPRICED. If you house isn't being shown, it's not because the market is horrible or there aren't any buyers. Your house is over-priced. PERIOD.

Maybe I should have kept that part a secret.
