Hand to hand combat - that's what happens when you run out of ammo, or you don't have time to reload. This is from the reenactment of the battle of Franklin held last weekend on a crystal clear fall day. The guys and ladies put on a good show for the 5000 spectators. If you want to know a little history, just stand around and talk to some of these people.
