You are absolutely right...we do create our own reality. Last year, everyone said how bad everything was; my family and friends would say " How are you doing? Is everything ok?" because they KNEW how bad the real estate market was in California. I refused to listen to the news or my family and friends and we had the best year we have ever had! I have a business partner and we have been partners for over 15 years now and we are both very happy that we didn't listen to everyone else. Our team grew...we added a great assistant and another buyer's agent. And this year is going to be even better! I am looking forward to 2009! And the season this year has already started for us!
