My family Looking to rent(3 nights) a 2-3 bedroom in or near Gatlinburg,Tn

My family needs to rent a place large enough for 7 people to stay for 3 nights beginning February 18, 2011. I keep checking online and by the time the reservation fee, hot tub fee, local taxes,etc. the prices are more than I can afford am willing to pay.

We are tring to attend Winterfest which is a Christian youth conference.

We went to a similiar event last year there in Gatlinburg but the motel room was a real dog. We know what it is like having a rental(i have over 70) so please don't worry about us taking care of your property.

There is another option I can offer. If you own a place and are interested in doing a trade-out with me that would work. We own a beachfront condo in Destin on the 10th floor of the Pelican Beach Resort.
