Do they really see things differently when buying a home?
Take a look at these two descriptions advertising the same home.
#1
This irresistible home accents style that provides lasting visual interest! Flexible design ensures perfect comfort and a healthy lifestyle. Secure, sophisticated and ridiculously cozy. You'll enjoy this enchanting charmer.
#2
This all brick home provides low maintenance and durability! Multi use spaces extend convenience and expand solutions while creating the capacity to separate work from play. Ultimate storage. Seller is waiting to negotiate!
You've probably already decided which one you like best. I would love to hear your comments. But before you do, let me explain the two descriptions.
The first description used adjectives I found in advertisements generally designed for women. (Handbags, shoes, gloves, and clothing)
The second description used adjectives I found in advertisements generally designed for men. (Tools, air compressors, Nascar etc)
Now, which property description is going to create the best traffic? or should I say ensure the best traffic? or does it make any difference?
