Warriors Path is located in Kingsport Tennessee and has miles and miles of mountain bike/hiking trails. I usually bike the trails, but because my 3day 60 mile Susan G. Komen walk is this upcoming week-end, I decided to walk all 8 trails yesterday. Wow, that was a long 4 hour walk! I would like to share with you about the trails. The trails are rated from easy to moderate to hard. ( a lot like skiing).
The Bone Yard was a hard trail, lots of roots, stumps, hills and steep turns.
All the trails connect to one another. The other trails include, White Tail (easy to medium-the longest trail) Magic Carpet (difficult) Paw Paw (easy) Zip line (easy) Darwin's Revenge (difficult) Ridgetop (medium to hard-very steep) Rock City (hard-short , but very technical)
It was a nice hike because it's all in the woods and very shaded. Plus it's a great change from walking on concrete.
And what hiking trip is complete without baby deer!
Hard to see, but those are the deers little white tails and their back legs in the air, jumping away.
