Jefferson Park Knoxville TN

My next stop along the Parade of Homes was to Jefferson Park, Knoxville TN. There were three upscale showcase homes here, in this amazing lakefront subdivision.

Jefferson Park is located west off of Northshore Drive, and is has wide-tree-lined boulevards. Homes are built with Southern elegance in mind, and amenities are in no way lacking.

The first showcase house is Lakeside Vista, and brought to us by Cornerstone Custom Homes. This $799,000 home has 5138 square feet.

You will want to stop by and see the kitchen, as this is the first one I had seen in this year's Parade of Homes that has a "hearth room" off of it. How cozy! Everything in this home is luxurious, including the Theater Room.

Next, I visited Ballantyne Place ($749,000), a custom home crafted by Zarb Homes, LLC. Designed for the discerning entertainer, the gourmet kitchen opens to the breakfast room and sun room.

For those of you that prize green living, the Ballantyne is for you!

Not having enough of this luxury to soak up, I stopped at Autumn ($600,000), a Charles Atkins, Inc. home. The main level master suite is definitely a must see, and comes complete with an exercise room.
