It is a part of the Beech River Watershed Development Authority that maintains and manages this lake along with 5 other area lakes. For only $15 annually, people can boat, swim, ski, fish and sunbathe on this lake (or any of the BRWDA lakes).
Lake front living is available with lake properties starting in the low $200's.
