Del Webb Tennessee Lake Providence
2011 Market Report

The Lake Providence home sales numbers are incredible for 2011. Unless they were under-reported by the on-site agents, sales were up 233% over 2010.
Resales accounted for 7 of the sales both in 2010 and 2011. This shows a consistent number of people "leaving" the neighborhood.
With the number of home going up dramatically, the percentage of resales dropped from 12% to less than 5%!

Lake Providence Sales Prices went up over 10%. Since most of the 135 sales were new construction this would indicate and increase in consumer confidence. We relatively sure that the Builder did not increase prices since
we've been out there often with Buyers. It would indicate, instead, that People are adding more upgrades.
