The Villages of Brentwood have stayed strong in their sales this year. Closed sales are down 10% as of September 30th but of the 17 active listings 4 have financing or inspection contingencies and there are 2 pending. I predict that due to the pick up in First Time HomeBuyer sales starting in June that total sales will be up over 2008 in this neighborhood.
The Nashville TN Real Estate sales are down 30% over 2008 and prices down 11%. The Villages of Brentwood show none of those numbers and look like the place to be living.
