New 50+ Subdivision in Oak Ridge, Tennessee

I went to the Chamber of Commerce meeting yesterday where Brunning & Stang announced the construction of a new active adult community, Centennial Bluff. The dwellings will be like condos or apartments, in 3-5 stories buildings with elevators and covered parking. They will start in price in the low $200's, with the smallest unit being about 1,100 square feet. The HOA fees will be about $175 per month, but they plan to have a whole community of activities and clubs. It sounds like a great lifestyle. They don't have their website up yet.
