I was just reading an article about relationships. It says that it takes 20 positive statements to outweigh the harm done by ONE negative statement. SO if that is true for relationships would this not hold true for any negative statements...like the negative statements concerning the housing market in general.
This would mean that as a Realtor I must communicate 20 positives to buyers and sellers to overcome just ONE negative. Plus heaven forbid it's a negative comment that comes from a fellow agent lamenting the current housing state of affairs.
