Seniors living in Nashville Davidson County, TN may be eligible for property tax relief. Certain income groups of those over age 65 can have property taxes stabilized. It is too late to apply for tax year 2009, but you can look forward to 2010 and apply.

Applicants may also contact the city Trustee's office at 615-862-6330 to set up an appointment. Or visit the Trustee's Office at 800 Second Avenue, North, Nashville TN.
To date, there have been over 7,000 Davidson County residents to qualify for this program.
