Today, I re-visited the Bayview neighborhood in Nashville, TN 37217.

We sold a cute home there in 2008. Our buyers were thrilled to find a home with a private back yard and on a cul-de-sac.

This is neighborhood with wooded lots, near Nashville's Percy Priest Lake and recreational areas, and is a convenient drive to the Nashville International Airport.

Homes were built in the early to mid 2000's and have been well maintained. I saw 5 homes today, priced $149,900 to $189,900. Square feet ranged from 1,900 to 2,300. All these homes were vacant (or almost vacant), clean, and ready to move into.
