If you are not a first time homebuyer and do not qualify for THDA's first time homebuyer assistance, then the Housing Fund may be your ticket. If you really want to purchase a home, but don't have the down payment you need, the Housing Fund provides a second loan at a payment amount of no more than $50.00 a month to pay back. It is a fantastic way for want to be homeowners to secure a downpayment and a home with help.
